Justin Kwong attended Carleton College in Northfield, Minnesota where he majored in International Relations with a concentration in Political Economics. He graduated from William Mitchell College of Law in 2009, where he was a member of the Tax Law Society and participated in the Legal Planning Clinic for Low-Income and Tax-Exempt Organizations. Justin became of counsel to Dennison Tax Law in early 2011. He is licensed to practice law in Minnesota and is also an adjunct law professor at William Mitchell School of Law.
